The Personal Child Health Record (Red Book)

Shortly before or after your baby is born, you will be given a personal child health record (PCHR).    This usually has a red cover and is known as the ‘red book’.

Your baby’s Health and Development Reviews

Please click on the following link to find out at what age your baby will have their reviews.  During you baby’s reviews your Health Visitor will discuss your baby’s health and development, and ask if you have any concerns.

 If you have any concerns at other times, you can contact your health visitor or GP.

Vaccination Clinics for Children

Immunisation clinics are held weekly on a Wednesday.  Appointments will be sent out routinely by post, or can be arranged with reception.
