Eligibility:

COVID-19 is more serious in older people and in people with certain underlying health conditions. For these reasons, the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) has confirmed that people in the following cohorts will be offered a COVID-19 vaccine:

• adults aged 75 years and over.  (This includes those who turn 75 years old by 30 June 2024)
• residents in a care home for older adults

• individuals aged 6 months and over who are immunosuppressed

How to book your vaccination:

The National Booking System will open on 15^th April 2024 and is available on the following link  Book, cancel or change a COVID-19 vaccination appointment – NHS (www.nhs.uk) you can also book your appointment by calling 119.

Unfortunately the practice cannot make appointments on your behalf.

Housebound patients

All patients that meet the above criteria will be contacted by Ashley House Pharmacy and offered a vaccination.

This service will commence on 15^th April 2024.

Please do not call the surgery in regards to Covid appointments as we can only direct you to the NHS website or 119.
